Familiar with the latest cooking methods, from sous vide to induction cooking, our team works to understand how you use your space before we design it for you. Creating proper work flow layout and designing all the cabinetry extras are critical to making your kitchen perfectly suited for the way you live and entertain. We can design for your cabinet maker, or let us handle your job from design to installation.
THE FINANCES
Budgeting
Do you wonder how contractors bid a job? They usually know they are competing with others for the same job and want to win the work. Finishes such as tile, wood, carpeting, faucets, appliances, and so forth can be so variable in cost that initial contractor budgets may not represent costs commensurate with your personal tastes and aesthetics. To avoid this, we will create construction documents that represent your tastes so that when you get quotes from a contractor, they are accurate. We have found that budgets from our plans are accurate within 5%.
BRINGING DESIGN TO LIFE
Project Management
Once we’ve created a plan, designed all the built-ins and selected all the finishes, we will create a schedule and assemble the appropriate tradespeople to work on your project. We will be your liaison and serve as the main point of contact between you and your contractors. You can leave it all to us. We will place orders for the finish materials, cabinetry, lighting, and furniture. We can handle the details of the process, from start to finish, ensuring that everything is organized and on time.

Landscape Design
We believe that a home’s interior, façade and garden should be cohesive in look and feel. All too often we’ve seen that they are disjointed. After numerous requests from clients, and having years of personal experience, we have branched out into landscape design. Our team has spent countless hours researching plants, walking through neighborhoods to see what thrives and speaking with nursery experts at every opportunity possible.
